Wider and slimmer then the older version by sebmtbrider, 30 March 2018, 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful Broke my last pair of mallet DH after hitting a rock hard enough to bent out the butterfly clip and the platform itself was pretty chewed up after riding 3 years of DH on them, so I decided to get a new pair to replace the older and broken one. Very pleased with the newer and updated mallet DH they are slimmer which results in fewer pedals strikes (which makes your pedals last longer) especially since that bikes have lower BB now. So great pedal because wide platform for DH, adjustable pins for traction on the pedal, slimmer designs avoid as many pedal strikes as possible and extremely easy to clip in and out of. Pros: slim design wide platform traction pins light weight easy to clip in out of Cons: can’t replace the butterfly clip part on the pedal I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
Great set of pedals by nathanbus72, 30 June 2018 I have had these now for a couple of weeks and so far I think they are great. I like the really solid feel under my foot and if you have unclipped you can stamp on the pedal and get yourself going without being clipped in. Whilst they are solid and secure there is a bit of float when you are shifting around on the bike. Overall very happy with these pedals. I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
