The 20mm width should fit most hybrid type 700c rims, and fitted my ’09 Carrera Crossfire perfectly. Weighed it out of interest, 21g per tape. It is made from a plastic/nylon type material and does stretch a bit, so easy to fit. The bonded section looks very strong. Cant go wrong for less than å£2. I have a set of Corsa Vuelta HD Wheels bought from Nashbar. This tape fits in perfectly!! The oem rim tape was terrible. The schwale is completely smooth, takes a little stretch to pull them over the rimwall, but unlike other rim strips, this didn’t permanently stretch. I was getting a lot of flats in 2013. Averaging maybe once or twice every week. Certainly every ride more than 25kms. At first I thought they were a bad patch of tubes (it has happened to me once, which is why I never buy tubes in bulk now). After than I thought that maybe I’m not putting the tubes correctly and getting pinch flats. Then I thought that maybe I’m not inflating the tires to the right amount. I looked at everything but the rim tape. Because the ones that came on my wheels looked pretty good. Sure they didn’t cover the entire width of the rim, but they were made of some strong plastic material, covered all the spoke bits and didn’t have any bulges. BUT Boy was I wrong!! After examining a few more punctured tubes, I noticed I was getting flats in the same area. I ran my finger in the rim and felt nothing. So I decided to wipe it with my cloth anyways, and what do you know, the cloth gets slightly caught up along the edge of the rim tape. My fat fingers couldn’t tell! The tube, when inflated, was in constant contact with this slightly sharp edge of the rim tape. Long story short. I bought this, placed it right over the old tape because the schwalbe tape is an edge to edge fit anyways, and since then, I’ve had no flats! Pros: awesome fits rim width perfectly doesn’t stretch I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
