Astonishingly good chain! by MarkDElf, 4 June 2014, 6 out of 6 people found this review helpful For the past few years, I’ve had issues with chains; the SRAM 951 would, within the first 2-3 weeks, SNAP, requiring a repair. After the repair, it would be flawless for up to 2 years. The last one failed 2x more in the last few months of use. I wanted something more reliable — and so far, I GOT it with the Clark chain! ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESS from Day 1! Only 3 months so far, but I ride daily for all my transportation needs/wants. Pros: smooth operation works well with less lube (accidental discovery!) The chain itself if a little clunky looking, and a little noisy in the drivetrain. Ordinarily I would have chosen SRAM, Shimano or KMC, but I took a chance on this being a good budget chain.
