Good Pedals by MTBNewbie1975, 18 August 2014, 4 out of 5 people found this review helpful These are cheap, well made and grippy. You can spend a lot more on pedals and get nothing better. Sealed bearings, nice and solid and great grip, what more do you need from a pedal. These are almost identical to the highly rated DMR V12 pedal but cost a lot less. They are slightly heavier a bit thicker (like you will notice) and obviously don’t have DMR stamped on them. I have them in the gloss black and with the screw in spikes they look good as well. I use them on my 29er for 40+ mile XC rides and they are comfortable too. I run Shimano MX80 pedals on my AM and Trail MTBs and these are every bit as good but are a slightly narrow platform. Great all round pedal and show that expensive isn’t always better. I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful

Big & Fat by edthetread, 11 June 2018, 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful I commute 30 miles a day on the canals of Birmingham. It’s too risky to have clips due to the speed you have to put your feet down in an emergency. So I wanted a pedal with a big area to place my foot. These are excellent pedals if you want a solid work horse. I use MTB shoes and the studs on the pedal allow my shoes to grip without any slippage.
