Here are just a couple of interesting reviews that we picked out from verified customers:

Like its made of glass by Jason1989, 26 April 2015, 7 out of 7 people found this review helpful Its very rare that I write a negative review but this definitely justifies it. I’ve owned a few variations of this product over the past few years and all have been terrible. One came as part of the SRS+ chain guide attached to my new downhill bike (Not bought from Chainreaction). That lasted about a month before it cracked in two. I glued this back together and the glue actually lasted longer than the initial product itself. I will also point out that at no point did it get knocked or bashed, this was just light usage straight out of the box. Now for the LG1+ chain guide that also comes with this attached to it (Bought from Chainreaction). I bought this chain guide to replace the old SRS+ recently and upon fitting it I took this part off to line everything up correctly. Upon fitting it back on, you guessed it, it cracked straight down the middle. This was with me being careful not to over do it aswell after reading reviews about people over tightening it to breaking point. I now have a new one and its safely fitted, for now. When this finally gives up I will be looking elsewhere for my chain guides until E thirteen sort out these dodgy attachments or lower their retail price in line with the quality. Especially now other companies are producing better chain guides, with better materials and a cheaper cost. Pros: none Cons: made from cheap brittle plastic expensive to buy always needs replacing ruins otherwise good chain guides I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful

Look for a new chin device manufacturer by ABZMTB, 29 January 2014, 7 out of 7 people found this review helpful I bought this because the original cracked. Now this one has cracked too. I‰Ûªm currently looking at alternative chain retention systems such as narrow/wide chainrings. Cons: expensive brittle I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
