IMO it doesn’t breath well at all, which always leads to me getting a cold and wet feeling from the inside. Autumn Winter and Spring. shower proof with taped seams. windproof. really warm.excellent sized rear pocket for pump tubes etc. excellent side pockets for gels. front pocket keeps keys and cash and phone. I ordered a medium and its a really good fit. looks the part as well. I would say if you have a cyclist body go for the allocated size, if you do a few weights etc go for a size up. I am 11.8 stone 5’10” and sized well for medium I have worn this jacket loads over the last 6 months. commuting. road biking and occasional off road but not in muddy conditions.
