A fantastic trailer. by Demoeight8, 12 December 2015, 22 out of 23 people found this review helpful Since buying the trailer I have clocked just ove 500miles with it in tow. To attach the trailer you simply have to replace your QR skewer with the skewer provided which tightens with a 4mm Allen/hex key. This holds in place the mounts for the SlideLock QR. Once you have the skewer tightened with the mounts in place you just line up the trailer, slot the SlideLock QR onto their mounts and snap them shut. With the the trailer in place and loaded you do have to get used to pushing the bike around and getting on/off etc. As it can feel very hard to control at first. Since getting used to how you handle the bike with trailer in tow I have walked round the centre of Otley and many supermarkets with no trouble. Once you actually get riding it is fantastic. There is no learning curve, nothing to have to get used to. The trailer just feels like a natural extension of the bike, even fully loaded. It tracks beautifully behind the bike and even leaning round corners at speed feels completely stable. I use the trailer with my Cube Agree GTC Pro which is a carbon bike. Before I purchased the trailer I was concerned that mounting the trailer could damage the carbon rear end of my new pride and joy. But I spoke to many bike shops, Topeak and Cube themselves and was told that as the yolk of the trailer mounts onto the axel and not to the chainstay like many other trailers it would be absolutely fine. The dry bag is also well fitted and fits securely to the frame. The seams are also sealed and so far all my kit has stayed dry in some pretty serious rain! I would absolutely recommend this trailer to anyone. Pros: lightweight stable tracks beautifully axel mounted well built excellent dry bag Cons: rather expensive I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful

Amazing cargo trailer by CM72, 28 July 2015, 14 out of 15 people found this review helpful Great trailer with a huge (35kg stated) load capacity. I’ve carried more on it and it worked fine. The trailer comes with a dry bag that works perfectly. The trailer attachments to the rear axel require a new rear axel (Included) and two connectors (Also included). The only complex bit to setting it up is putting the new axel through the rear wheel. Note that you lose your rear wheel quick release coupling. The trailer can be fitted to a 29″ wheel MTB. I have also fitted a Topeak rear pannier rack and both work together without any problems. When using it is really manoeuvrable and after an hour or two I didn’t even notice I was towing it. It is really light so carrying it between trains on my holiday was easy. It works really well with a rear pannier rack (Topeak again) and trunk bag. Overall an amazing trailer that has done me well for a 2 week holiday round Shetland and Orkney. Pros: robust light weight carrying capacity Cons: expensive I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
