FSA crank spindle and Shimano Hollow-tech BB diameter. by Bofo, 26 January 2017, 13 out of 13 people found this review helpful So, to actual measure these diameters with a micrometer, I have come up with these measurements: FSA crank-spindle bearing seat diameter is 24åá039 millimetre; Shimano Ultegra 6800 BB inner diameter is 23åá970 millimetre, at 25å¡C. Superb quality by argonrider, 1 September 2014, 13 out of 13 people found this review helpful Ordered this to replace my Ultegra 6700 item, first thing is that it is smaller than the previous model, but that’s okay as it comes supplied with a plastic adapter that will fit into the standard BB tool so it doesn’t get scratched whilst fitting. It is a few grams lighter than the 6700 but as a trade off the bearings are slightly smaller. Other than that it’s all good. Pros: weight quality price Cons: smaller bearings I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
