Great Dropper Post. Probably the Best and Great Customer Service by RIB58, 7 August 2015, 9 out of 11 people found this review helpful This seat post came with my latest bike and having never used a dropper post before within a couple of months I wouldn’t want to be without it. Recent riding in the Lakes on tech stuff proved so much easier with this handy post. Local riding also improved with the ability to drop when stopping etc. So when I foolishly managed to shred the seat post cable, my fault, and lose the retaining screw while fitting a new cable Thomson were kind enough to send me FOC from the states two new retaining screws. It got worse I then screwed the threads on the bar remote lever. I contacted Thomson in the US and they are now sending me a replace bar mount lever (å£60 UK RRP) FOC. So in short you can’t buy a better post or deal with a nicer bunch of guys. Pros: works a treat great company to deal with I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful

Good solid product, but level very stiff to press by LimBH, 8 January 2018, 2 out of 2 people found this review helpful Took quite a while to reach me, thanks to Singapore Singpost. Product quality is good, very solid and no play in any direction. The red adaptor came installed, so no need for me to do anything, as oppose to what the manual says. The lever, however, is a bit disappointing. It need a lot of strength to press in to trigger the height change. Confirm not cable issues as I check it without the dropper post, and i even grease it. I have another thomson elite dropper seatpost (external cable type) and it does not have this problem. Pros: rock solid product Cons: level very stiff need a lot of strength to press I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
