Work well but over priced by EchoEcho, 29 October 2015, 9 out of 9 people found this review helpful I find these provide excellent support and protection especially after an injury. They just help to keep your wrist in line and help with bumpy terrain. They have 2 slots for plastic strips that slide in the top of the brace. They include 4 plastic strips which are similar in size to ice cream wooden sticks… and you can choose to have all 4 or 3, 2,1 or none for varied flexibility depending how much you want to be able to flex your wrist upwards. They work fine with normal thin style gloves. Gloves go on first, then the wrist guards after and they don’t effect the bar grip at all. I’d size go a size up if you plan to use thicker gloves although if your gloves were loose enough, like large winter ski gloves you could put the wrist guard on first and then the glove over the top perhaps. One star off as I think they’re over priced but I couldn’t find anything similar that provided the kind of support and flexibility for MTB riding so had to get them. They are of reasonable quality, used them for about 10 rides so far and I feel they will last for a while but not years, I reckon the velcro will go first. Remember you’re buying 1 only, left OR right, not a pair so if you want both it’s around 50 quid depending on the offers. I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
