Good but not quite great… by Peterborough, 10 August 2016 First off, a pack like this doesn’t need hip straps, I cut them off right away. The pack is very light, but at the expense of more zippered pockets, I fear. There also is no key clip, which is a basic/standard feature (I added one). No hydration bag is included. If you ride in treed areas, the compression strap is a magnet for snags, I removed that, too (it’s also pretty much superfluous for regular trail rides). The 9 L size allows me to pack a 2 litre hydration bag with PLENTY of room to spare. If I had to do it over again, I might actually seek out a smaller bag, but this one was on sale, and the extra space might be nice for cool weather rides (allowing a stash spot for a long-sleeve or leggings).
