Worth a punt by XTNomad, 19 November 2013, 34 out of 35 people found this review helpful This bag is smaller than i expected, but well worth the investment. I only just managed to fit an XL Trek Fuel in it without taking the forks off but I did need to remove the rear derailer and tuck it inside the frame. No biggy, but i hadn’t been used to that with previous bags. The internal pockets are useful but the zips are not of a high quality and I can see them failing with time. That’s about the only drawback of the Brand-X bag and shouldn’t steer you away from what value for money it is. The wheels on the bag itself are useful but it’s the shoulder straps that make the real difference when carrying your bike from car to check-in, etc. The wheel bags themselves are a very worthwhile addition and fit nicely around the frame in the bag. They also serve to provide a sort of splint to firm-up the bag in transit – this is by fault and not through design, of course. Once everything bike-wise is inside, there’s quite a bit of room to fit shoes, helmet, clothes and anything else you’d care to take around. All-up, I’m pleased with my purchase. Highly recommended for the price and i suspect more value for money than a hard case. I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful

Excellent Value and Pretty Good Quality by Spiderman, 18 August 2014, 13 out of 14 people found this review helpful Needed a bag to transport my Cube Agree Pro to Saudi Arabia, after reading the comments on this one I decided to give it a try, also being a Scot the price was important. Bike arrived in Saudi from Aberdeen via Heathrow on British Airways with no issues. There is loads of storage compartments for shoes, pedals, tools, loads of spare inner tubes, even my track pump etc. I took the advice of previous comments and removed pedals, rear mech before packing. All this and the final weight of 18kg along with the bag dimensions allowed me to check this in as part of my normal baggage allowance at no extra cost. As a precaution I added extra padding (clothing) around some areas like the head set and stem. All in all I am very happy with this product as my bike arrived with no damage. Would recommend this to anyone considering a bike bag. Pros: storage price I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
