Excellent Product. by microndesign, 30 November 2016, 8 out of 8 people found this review helpful I purchased this dropper remote to replace the standard remote that came with the KS Integra dropper which was standard fit on a new bike. The remote came with a remote cable(inc outer) which I did not expect. The part is metal and feels like a quality item. The lever has a lightly sprung return built in which gives good feel. For example the standard dropper remote was more like an on off switch, but this remote allows enough feedback to all the dropper to be raised fast or slow depending on the distance the lever is pushed. I had no issues fitting the remote and as stated this lever is for a 1x setup so is designed to fit under the bar on the left hand. I am buying another one for my other bike which also came with a KS and the standard useless remote. I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
Fitment not that great by Agonzo, 8 December 2016, 7 out of 7 people found this review helpful I bought this thinking it would compare to other southpaw levers. Turns out no. If you are using Shimano brakes, then you might be a littler disappointed. The lever doesn’t allow for clamp clearance unless you space it about an inch away. Personally, I would have liked it a little closer to the brake, but unless you are using some type of SRAM brake, then it won’t work out.
