Even better than I expected by StinkyJohnson, 30 January 2018, 8 out of 8 people found this review helpful I spent a good couple of months researching wheel upgrades, the stock wheels on my boardman were always going to be gone. I couldn’t decide between cheap carbon or expensive aluminium and even though these aren’t the most expenxive alloy wheelset avaliable, I’m glad I didn’t go cheap carbon in the end. After the first 100mlies I can say these are immense. So light it ridiculously noticable on climbs and as for comfort, wow. Whether its just a measure of how bad my old wheels were or not I don’t know but I’ve always suffered with pins and needles. The little plastic/rubber front wheel dropout mounts have changed the game completely. Comfort is unbelievable. Anyone looking for a wheel upgrade on a really modest budget should look here, they are amazing for the price. And the rear wheel spoke lacing looks cool af. BUY THESE WHEELS!!! Oh, and the fact they arrived in under 36hrs when ordering free standar delivery was just the icing on the wheel-esq cake. Over 1200 miles so far and completely faultless by WannabeRacingSnake, 5 June 2017, 7 out of 7 people found this review helpful I’ve just taken these on a long multi-day tour ~1200 miles (1,931km) and they’ve been brilliant. I’ve bounced over rough gravel (25mm tyres) and done quick mountain descents. The Zondas have been faultless throughout. These feel bomb proof and they’re comfortable. Braking is excellent but I miss the loud freehub (these are near enough silent) that Campagnolo used to fit as it was a great way of letting people know where you where on the road. I can’t think of better wheels for the money. Pros: tough/durable smooth rolling weight (for the money) great hubs I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
