best rear shock by ttmatigas, 9 December 2014, 12 out of 15 people found this review helpful I used fox ctd 2014 and monarch rt3 debon air 2014. After using the db inline for a week I can say it is the best rear shock that ive fitted in my Lapierre SPICY TEAM 2014. It is highly customizable. It make my bike ride faster, corner faster without loosing traction. It doesnt bottom out with big hits. Pros: quality durability highly tunable nice finish Cons: doesnt comes with shock pump 1 year warranty I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful

Fall inline… by uphillsr4girls, 12 September 2014, 20 out of 31 people found this review helpful This is it, baby! This is what I, and possibly the world, has been waiting for, a fully tuneable air shock with a climb function in a lightweight package at a great price. CC have cleverly moved in the void left by the wake of FOX and I can see this posing a real problem for FOX’s sales team. FOX were mucking about with remote lock-out iPhone ‘Apps’ which no one in the world was ever going to use. They also made the mistake of not listening to people and produced the CTD which didn’t work initially. You will notice big names like Santa Cruz fitting these as standard to their new ‘Top-End’ bikes, I think they’ve had enough of FOX’s dominance and poor recent expensive offerings. The older CC DB air was awesome but really not much lighter than a FOX RC4 coil equipped with a Ti spring (which is outstanding BTW, dude) so didn’t see much point. But this gives all the functions without all the weight. More for trail use than DH which is shown in the lower fit range. I’m glad mine accepts the last on the list! It’s expensive, but good value and if you’re looking to replace that poorly functioning FOX you can always put it on one of those popular auction sites.
