Drops wireless link to wheel sensor when lights are switched on by moopig123, 30 September 2013, 12 out of 14 people found this review helpful Nice basic computer. Easy to fit, easy to use, attaches reasonably securely, provides all the essential features (with the exception of backlight), available in white to match my bike. The downside to this computer is that when I turn on either of my front lights (Light & Motion “Urban 550” and “Taz 800”) the Cateye “Velo Wireless” stops registering wheel rotations. I’m not sure whether this is due to the Cateye computer’s radio receiver being rubbish or the lights spewing out interference, but either way I’ll be replacing it soon with a wired computer. Pros: easy to fit and use Cons: no backlight wireless link to sensor vulnerable to interference cheap cable tie attachements I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
