Extremely ELATED! by bays1990, 28 May 2014, 19 out of 21 people found this review helpful 1. No adhesive stickers at the back of tape. Uses a non slip kinda material to hold it in place. It means- YOU CAN UNDO IT IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY with the rolling. omg. 2. The colour is amazing the feel is good and the touch , well, the gloveless thing doesnt quite work out. It is softer , more cushion, but i will still wear a glove, i think the cushioning could be better, but being said. It is an 10 star product. 3. IMPORTANT TIP. THE START OF THE BAR END, DO NOT LEAVE HALF OF THE TAPE OUT. LEAVE JUST A TINY BIT I WOULD SAY HALF A CM maximum. I have read many reviews about not being able to cap in the bar end cork or cap whatever you call it. Please leave Maximum half a cm of tape out and it works fine. I cut away my first tape so that i could push the bar end cap in but it failed as the gel tape is thicker and leaving half the tape out is a big no no. half a cm maximum. Good product but let down by little things by RicB65, 19 September 2017, 3 out of 3 people found this review helpful The tape itself looks and feels good and goes on well if you keep the tension on, it has no adhesive backing. The brake lever strips do have adhesive but it’s not great and comes away while your trying to apply tape round it. The finishing tape also has adhesive but comes unstuck so i had to also use some insulation tape to secure it. I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
