Great grip for an all round tyre price is good too by chunky, 9 November 2013, 6 out of 7 people found this review helpful My last xc race up Hamsterley Forest, I fitted a 2.3 Gravity up front. The tyre gave so much confidence I have now fitted 2.3 front & rear to my enduro bike. As a heavy rider I ride 40psi this stops the squirm of the bigger tyre. It grips the hard pack and roots very well, rolling resistance is low not the same as my xc race tyres but offer much more go anywhere grip. The close cut pattern works well on all terrains and clears itself easily. I’ve ridden different conditions and these tyres come out on top so far. Trusty Allmountain REAR Tire for most contitions by Stefos, 24 April 2014, 3 out of 3 people found this review helpful This tire grip wells in most conditions. The tread pattern in really effective as rear tire,rolls pretty fast and does not clog up in mud easily. Slightly more air volume would have been welcome. The actual tire thickness is less than 2.3 theoretically stated. Thus this is not the tire that I would fit to my aggressive rig. Pros: good grip effective tread patters kinda fast rolling does not clog up Cons: smaller thickness than the one advertisied <=2.2 not for really aggressive riding I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
