Great Sport/Training Tire! by JXV158, 4 December 2014, 29 out of 31 people found this review helpful Using the 700×25, 95psi front/100psi rear (I weigh 185 lbs) Great tire for everyday riding, training. Rolls easily and offers very good grip, long tread life (for this price point) and fairly resistent to punctures (the Gatorskin or Hardshell will give you more protection but at twice the cost). A bit heavy but really, barely notice it, even on long rides. Why spend more when this tire really does a very good job! Nice tyre. Good value by DrBretto, 26 January 2015, 13 out of 14 people found this review helpful Hi. I put a pair of these on my old 1970s steel clunker. They are cheap as chips and grip really well. I was liking them a lot. Unfortunately, I got a cut on the back tyre very quickly (about 100km). Then a flat, also on the back, after another 100km or so. It might have just been bad luck, but I really hate punctures, so I’ve stopped using them. Usually I’d buy a tyre with a Kevlar puncture protection layer. My touring, endurance and road bikes all have puncture-resistant tyres. The Continental Grand Prix is a great tyre, but it’s too expensive for an old clunker. So I’ve put a pair of Panaracer Pasela PTs on it. A cheap tyre with puncture protection. So far, so good. Pros: well made cheap Cons: maybe easy to puncture (?) I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
