Very Stable by TheyCallMeBruce, 3 December 2013, 5 out of 5 people found this review helpful My turbo trainer did not come with a front wheel stabilizing block, This product is perfect for my needs. It is very stable, but as others have said, it is huge, about the size of a large pizza and as tall as a coke can. This block is suitable for both road and mountain tires. The different groves are set at different heights making it adjustable for your climbing preference. Pros: great quality very stable huge! Cons: huge! I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
