Excellent sealant by Anonymous, 9 July 2012, 8 out of 10 people found this review helpful Started using Dr. Sludge a year ago and no flats since! Had one large puncture which it couldn’t seal; patched the tube as usual and found out that Dr. Sludge had fixed three punctures which I hadn’t even notice! You should be careful while pumping the tyre, though; the sealant can escape through the valve and clog it. Happened once; had to clean the valve afterwards. Ok so far… by TomMyName, 14 April 2015, 2 out of 2 people found this review helpful I was getting up to a puncture a week or so on a short bit of cyclepath littered with stones and odd bits of glass. Put this stuff in a month ago, and so far no more punctures. Fingers crossed. I am taking care to leave the valves away from 6-o’clock position before pumping up, from past trouble with other slime getting in the valves. This seems to have worked, no sign of the stuff coming out of the valve in the 4 o’clock position. I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
