I had never used a dropper post before so it was all new. at the start it worked perfect i found the third stage to suit my hight the best but for about a month the post would not lock at the top however this went away and works perfect now. Could have been the best, but fails in functionality. by , 28 September 2017, 7 out of 10 people found this review helpful Came with my Jeffsy 27 AL1 and I really liked how simple and smooth this dropper worked. After a weeks use the cable came off the remote. Reinserted, though it was quite fiddling and I might have messed up the remote in the process. E*Thirteen was kind to send me a new remote as a replacement. After a few weeks use during a rainy summer and lots of mud, the post started to get stuck in the lowest position. A complaint was sent to E*Thirteen and they responded by sending a larger spring and a new main seal together with a thorough manual on how to make the replacements. Now happy and out riding again a new problem arose. It wouldn’t fully extend to the highest position! Another complaint was send and then…complete silence! Not a word from E13 in two weeks! Lost my patience and bought a new one from another brand. The TRS goes in the bin…so much for the warranty! I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
