Wrong product sent. by Nixter, 1 June 2018 First of all they sent the wrong bike seat, not at all what was ordered, then on the website it says they don’t refund postage back to the U.K. Even if it’s their mistake, also the bike seat we wanted in no longer in stock, so basically they ran out of what we wanted and stuck anything in a bag and Sent it here, The invoice says right on it what it was that we ordered, and the bike seat was labeled with a completely different label on it. The whole experience was extremely disappointing, and it was a birthday present for my son which is even more disappointing. I will never order from them again.
