Great grip, but not hard wearing by tamallama, 14 August 2017, 18 out of 23 people found this review helpful I’ve owned two pairs of these and they were the first mountain bike shoes I’ve bought. They’re a huge improvement over the Adidas trainers I was wearing before. Both the pairs I’ve owned have lasted less than a year before I’ve worn through the bottom but I’ve ridden them hard. I’ve attached a couple of photos of how they’ve worn after ~8 months of riding. Solid Five Ten product by superfly777, 26 July 2016, 5 out of 5 people found this review helpful Bought these as a replacement for my Dirtbag Low shoes of the same make that i bought two years earlier. They are like my old shoes grippy enough which is the main reason I bought them, but look pleasant and casual enough to wear them about the city without looking like a bike courier. They are narrower than the Dirtbag Lows, but seem better built. My old shoes didnt last as long as they should have, bearing in mind I didn;t wear them all that much, and began falling apart at the back of the ankle. These shoes look better built in that area, but are still a little uncomfortable there. Thats the only niggle and why I dropped a star on quality, otherwise, excellent. Pros: broad appeal well built very grippy Cons: hard at the back of the ankle I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
