Laughable claimed weight by MechanicX, 18 September 2015, 11 out of 13 people found this review helpful Well made, good bit of kit, but ignore this if you are looking to save weight. The claimed weight is a joke. My 27.2 was 242g. I wouldn’t be so miffed if it wasn’t for the fact that I bought this specifically to shed a little weight over the in-house post my bike came with. Way to heavy by thomiz42, 2 September 2015, 7 out of 9 people found this review helpful Seems like a well built setpost, but it comes at a price regarding weight. The stated weight is 190g 330mm. I bought the 400mm version and it is a wopping 265g. My other carbon seatpost can save aprox 30g by cutting it 10cm so the stated weight can’t possibly be correct. seems like the clamping mechanism is heavy duty and quite heavy compared to my other seatposts. You can buy cheaper seatposts at the same weight made from aluminium, this one is overpriced for what it is. I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
