Conversion to Shimano Hollowtech by wingding, 1 December 2015, 18 out of 18 people found this review helpful I used this adapter to convert my Cannondale from the well documented creaking BB30 to Shimano Hollowtech II. It is supplied with Loctite 609 and pressed in easily with a headset press. It required 12 hours to set the Loctite once fitted. No problems so far.
