Simple to mix into water bottles although have to be careful not to get frothy otherwise cannot fill the bottle. Tastes fine. For long rides I’ll have small ziploc baggies of two flavours for variety. 500mls every hour with two gels works a treat for me, and extends my endurance quite remarkably. Pros: cheap tasty effective swift delivery with chain reaction Cons: sticky when wet! (had to think of something… 😉 I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
