Good but…. by Gusf, 28 January 2018 I got caught out by this as I’d no idea that cable ends come in barrel and pear shaped anchor ends. I’m surprised that the manufacturer doesn’t simply put both and you just cut off what you don’t need. But tbh my fault. Serious upgrade for my Mechanical Disc Brakes by 100weight, 9 October 2017 I had conventional cables on my Mechanical disc brakes and to say they were spongy is an understatement. Friend recommended compassionless cables and Jagwire make excellent brake cable sets, thus it was a relatively easy decision to give these a try. Masive improvement on braking and any of you with conventional cables with disc brakes upgrade now. Price and service from CR is always excellent, therefore delighted with this purchase.
