Housing outer diameter wrong and not generous on length by Gurtbiking, 1 August 2017, 2 out of 2 people found this review helpful I went for the Braided white to replace my old/worn Jagwire 4mm cable. Looks nice but turns out it is 4.5mm, not 4mm as stated. Perhaps the coloured versions (not braided) are 4mm? If so, this is not clear from the description. Also, why supply two cable inners of a decent length and then not supply enough outer for both cables. I’ve only got a medium frame and used all of the outer. Another 50cm would have given me options for routing and flexibility. Kit contains lots of end caps (7) although only one with a rubber cap for use at the derailleur end. There are two derailleurs on a lot of bikes…so supply two rubber caps!! Pleased with the result though, if a bit pricey Pros: looks great. good finishing kit Cons: not generous outer length bit pricey I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
