Great Systems easy to use once you get the hang of it by Mattwhi, 26 November 2015, 5 out of 5 people found this review helpful As a typical male, I got the kit and thought I could tackle the job without reading the instructions, seems fairly straight forward, but never done anything like this before, I clearly didn’t know what I was doing. Starting with never having removed a valve core before and didn’t realise the kit comes with a small tool to do this, so the first wheel, when trying to inject the solution, resulted in myself being covered in the solution as it back fired due to me not removing the valve core. Thinking that it can’t be that difficult, I hesitantly returned to the packaging, and found the instructions, as my stomach turned with the thought of relying on directions to show me actually how to do something properly, and not stubbornly attempting to achieve success through guessing, I realised the kit comes with all the necessary tools to complete the job with ease, and great instructions. On the second wheel now armed with the knowledge of the ever so simple instructions, I managed to convert the wheel in no time at all. Converting the wheels 6 months ago the tyres are still inflated to the recommended 40psi, also having many thorns through the tyres which once removed the tyre self heals, admittedly needing a little air which was initially lost during the couple of seconds of sealing back up. The only issue I can think of is the rubber banding to seal the rim was a little wide and protruded out between the rim and the tyre which really got my OCD running wild! I have since bought the narrow kit which I will be installing at a later date to hopefully fix this issue. Rims : Mavic XM319 650b Tyres : Schwalbe Rapid Ron Pros: everything you need to convert to tubeless no more punctures I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful

The is the Kit for Narrow rims including Mavic XM319s by Slofox, 15 June 2015, 2 out of 2 people found this review helpful First I bought The Joes XC kit for !7-19mm as My Mavics are 19mm rim. But it turned out to be too wide! so I had to order this narrower kit which claims to be for 15-17mm on 26′ wheels. Mine are 650b and the rubber strip with valve was only just able to fit below the Rim lock, but it has worked. I was using Schwalbe New Nobby Nic tubeless ready tyres all bought from Chain Reaction and finally with the help from a car fitters compressor I got the tyres blown up! Once I’d let them down to insert the fluid one pumped up fine with the track pump but the other had to go back to the compressor. The bike is now back together and alll seems well! Pros: great when it fits and works! works for mavic xm 319s Cons: depending on rims and tyres you may need a friendl I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
