Great wheels for tubeless running by Muzwig, 12 May 2017, 2 out of 2 people found this review helpful The first thing to mention is that these wheels come fitted with some pretty decent Mavic XC tyres and inner tubes – also in the box are tubeless valves, that little valve spanner thing and a tube of sealant – you may therefore need to buy a bit more tyre gunk. These things are an absolute doddle to set up for tubeless – there is no rim tape as there are no spoke holes, there is also a subtle ridge round the inside of the rim which perfectly seats the tyre, so much so that the tyres even hold the pressure fairly well before you put the sealant in! …..and not a drop of sealant has oozed out of anywhere! Riding whith these wheels is lovely. Positive and fast rolling and, when set up tubeless, they spin up to speed beautifully. I am extremely happy with my purchase – well worth the investment.
