People are silly by Anonymous, 25 August 2012, 26 out of 26 people found this review helpful They buy lightweight race tyres, and use them for everyday riding and urban commuting and them write crappy reviews on them. Soft, sticky rubber wears more quickly than harder rubbers, you could use a thicker layer of rubber to make it last longer and resist punctures, but it would then be heavier. You could also use harder rubber, but then it wouldn’t grip as well going fast through tight corners like in crits. These are light, fast and smooth rolling with great traction. Most tyres with those qualities puncture much more easily. For racing, these perform on a par with much more expensive tyres. I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful

by Anonymous, 28 January 2013, 17 out of 18 people found this review helpful I’m confused why some people use superlight race tyres for recreational riding and then write negative reviews regarding tyre puncturing? Use Michelin Carbon tyres if you want bullet proof ones. And if you ride on rought terrain, buy cheap mtb and close the subject! I use my Michelin Pro 2 for almost five years now for competitions only and haven’t any complain with them. I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
