Second time is the charm. by STRMTRPR, 7 June 2016, 7 out of 7 people found this review helpful Received a unit which worked for about two weeks and then died. Contacted PowerTap and they immediately sent out a brand new unit complete with hardware in three days (over a weekend). Free return shipping! Unit does what it does and it fit my needs and budget. Chain rings are usual FSA quality. Biggest difficulty was adjusting the crank and bottom bracket tightness as creak/pop is heard under load after installing both the original unit and it’s replacement. Basically it’s a sensor and it works! Pros: light discrete well thought out design Cons: first unit needed replacing (only reason 4/5) I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful

PowerTap C1 Chainring Powermeter – other options
