Here are just a couple of interesting reviews that we picked out from verified customers:

Ditto 2 star reviewer Jeremey by , 6 September 2017, 71 out of 71 people found this review helpful Read a dozen or so positive reviews and bought the 2015 version of this tire as a spare for a MTB trip. Yes, it was cheap and light as a spare rear and why I bought it. Put it on as a new tire for this 2017 season and it has been painful. Upon checking the negative reviews – I echo everything the other reviewer Jeremey noted already. Other than long climbs there is no advantage of this lightweight tire that I feel is a liability in the trails. The side walls are paper thin (maybe the Snakeskin version is better?). I don’t run tubeless and had the most pinch flats (7) with this tire in same trails I ride – even at 35 psi! I can only attribute this factor to the lack of side wall structure would allows full compression in the right conditions. The worst is I would feel the tire buckle/wobble under angled stress (a very noticeable feeling) that makes you slow right down to check hub/axel to make sure everything is ok. Wear wise, I’ve only managed 2.5 months of trail riding and turned the tire into a slick after ~550km. The tire design is also more noticeable to side slipping in wet and loose conditions. All in all, I’ve not felt I could push with these tires and the only positive was I had a lot of fun whipping the rear around hairpins as it slides so easily. My review is in comparison to Continental MK, RK and Maxxis Ardent as a rear tire, all models without side wall protection riding in the same trails. Pros: cheap light do tricks Cons: weak side wall = easy pinch flat low milage I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
