Fantastic entry level pedals by chorlton, 27 July 2014, 15 out of 15 people found this review helpful Wasn’t 100% sure whether to fit clipless on my new mtb but having worn them on my road bikes for donkey’s years and tried platform pedals a couple of times decided to go down that route. The bike not being hugely expensive spending loads on pedals that I might not keep on the bike or given the terrain might break seemed silly. So bought these in the sale. Fitted them in about 2 minutes and after a quick tinker with the stiffness of the locking mechanism was up and riding. They come supplied with the requisite cleats and if a cack handed idiot with the memory of a goldfish (now matter now many pedals I have removed and fitted I always forget that each side rotates differently) can do this in under 5 minutes anyone can. The only slight mitigation I can possibly think is the pedals are quite heavy and clunky but then so is my bike and the saving of a few grams by purchasing a more expensive model isn’t going to make a vast difference to performance. Pros: awesome value for money Cons: might be a touch heavy for some I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
Timeless classic by Benedikt, 9 August 2014, 12 out of 13 people found this review helpful Simple technology, no frills must have for anyone getting into clip-ins or mtb riding. They do exactly what they’re supposed to do with no worries at all, and a dream to install. Great to have on both your bikes (if you have multiple) so you only need the one pair of shoes Pros: simple reliable rugged I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
