these things by Polky, 16 May 2017 These things used to be impossible to find. No more, here they are. If you follow the Shimano dealer manuals when setting up your caliper brakes than you’re supposed to use these things in various places. Not sure why, keeps the cable free of dirt / water, I guess? Anyway if you’re gonna do a job I suppose you should do it properly and follow the manual.
