1-2 Extra Gears by Anonymous, 22 June 2013, 12 out of 15 people found this review helpful At 45 y/o and 90KG with knees creaking as I grind up climbs, I finally conceded it was time to Û÷go compactÛª. This compact set does not give you a MTB granny gear capability. However, it does give you 1-2 extra gears for climbing. I now spend significantly more time in the saddle on climbs. I have definitely had an increase in cardio/respiratory output due to the higher cadence when climbing; this took a few decent long climbs to adjust to. This is a manÛªs answer to a Û÷tripleÛª!
