No more alignment issues as you might have with a seat post banded type of unit. A couple quick twists of the endpoint screws and it hasn’t missed a shift since. Only a few grams heavier than XTR and far less $$$. The best thing I can say about it is that after the install I never really thought about it again. it just works, and works very well.
