Amazing upgrade. by DieselPhunt, 12 January 2016, 3 out of 3 people found this review helpful Replaced the standard Shimano rear mech with this XO set up on my 2016 Specialized Rockhopper. Very good mech, used everyday commuting (6 to 7 miles) and XC use on a weekend. Gets full of dirt, water and whatever else and performs very well in conjunction with the XO shifter, never lost the chain, and when properly adjusted really does shift the chain pronto, no matter what. The cage holding button comes in handy for removing and fitting the chain. Lost a star for the jockey wheels, as they’ve worn quickly (IMO), and they have not yet seized as the other reviewer mentioned, but not as free to rotate as expected for quite an expensive item. Needs adjusting regularly, but that’s the setup I have I suppose. Pros: shifts well nice finish handy to remove chain Cons: jockey wheels regular adjustment I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
