Light and fast by Hotmyk, 7 August 2017, 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful I switched from a 2015 arch ex to Mk3 crests on my XC bike. There is a noticeable difference in acceleration and quickness. It’s an excellent XC/Race rims. I would not recommend anything beyond the intended use for the rims though. If you stick to it’s intended use and weight limit, you can benefit from it. Recommended use: XC tracks with light – mod trails (can withstand root and rock gardens and 2ft drops) I’m 65 Kg by the way… Pros: fast quick light stiffer I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
Stans or Carbon by AngryChihuahua, 19 July 2018 Having shed out oodles of cash for a flashy Carbon rim , I was gutted when it couldn’t handle cross country riding and cracked. I have run Stans rims on my other bikes for years. This new breed is a little wider and lower profile and just a little heavier by about 45 grams – I’m chuffed with the confidence and overall ability of the rim. Pros: lightweight Cons: none I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
