Lever top quality, thats where the praise ends. by Wildy, 28 February 2017, 3 out of 3 people found this review helpful I was sent this by CRC as the Race Face Turbine Dropper Remote – Universal was out of stock after the one sent went missing at the Post Office. First of all this arrived with no external housing or cable and no Noodle. This is a replacement for a cheap plastic switch delivered with my DRM dropper. The quality of the lever is first rate (solid metal), it is on the small side which initially I was disappointed with but after fitting I found to be of benefit. Its small size means it sits nice and snug above the handle bars but will not get damaged easily. It is also not in the way if you want to turn your bike upside down. The down side is that the only part this comes with, is a small round chrome ball like washer that is supposed to stop the cable (mine is a barrel fitting like a gear cable) pulling through the lever. The hole in this is exactly the same size as the barrel so can some times pull through. Had to distort the barrel end of the cable with pliers and secure with Loctite, hope it holds in place. For the price it should come complete with no mods required. Pros: solid small Cons: extremely high cost no fittings or instructions I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
