A good rack for up to 2 bikes by Blacky2233, 15 February 2016, 5 out of 6 people found this review helpful This Thule rack holds 2 bikes and attaches to a tow ball. It comes unassembled, and so requires a bit of work. It doesn’t come with an area to accept an Australian bike plate, but a couple of self tappers sorted this out. The attachments for the wheels could be better as they are fairly fiddly. The wiring was for European cars , so I had to replace the plug. Top Rack – so pleased I like to write about it by MTBAndyAu, 16 January 2017, 2 out of 2 people found this review helpful This rack has been over expectations. The quality is great and it works perfectly on the car. It is so nice to have the bikes nicely standing up at the back and with the bike at the outside bike holder (or when tilted) the tailgate on my Mazda 6 opens no problem at all! I do a lot of mountain biking and occasionally take another bike. I have other racks but I prefer this rack over roof racks (the car becomes too tall and I plan to buy a 4×4) and the tube towbar racks is a mess and the tailgate can’t be open at all. The rack came with I European round plug and since I knew this since before I had bought an Australian Square plug and looked up on the internet how to do the connections. The colour code is the same so this was very easy – 15 min and done. A converter will also work, well-sorted auto or camping stores had some recently on sale. The registration plate was fixed using the existing whole with a self-locking wing nuts – used wingnuts so I can swap the rack between cars. The assembly took some time but worth it. It is a very good rack. Pros: strong easy to load the bikes can open tailgate on mazda 6 easy to see out from the back windscreen Cons: assembly required the wheel straps could been quick lock needed to change the trailer plug I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
