Good buy by Anonymous, 16 July 2011, 3 out of 3 people found this review helpful lo Ok like a replica of old Camagnolo pedals, well made with no visible faults. the grease is rather thick and so far prevents the pedals spinning back to the rest position instantly. I imagine that this is the problem others experience. I opened them up and it appears they are correctly adjusted but just need some wearing in. I take a 42 shoe and fine them ok for my purposes, they .place the ball of my feet just inside the rear cage, it’s OK and I find them very comfortable with normal trainers as they do not cut into the soles. A Quality Pedal by IceCyclist42, 11 July 2016, 2 out of 2 people found this review helpful Finding good quality toe clip pedals is getting harder and harder each year. I bought these to replace the cleated Ultegra pedals on my Trek road bike (being averse to falling off, and not knowing anyone who rides cleats who doesn’t fall off on a semi regular basis). You do need good quality, stiff, cycling shoes for these pedals (I use QPs), but if you’ve got good shoes then you can really get the power down efficiently – without the risk of falling off. Ideally I’d like something lighter, but these really are the best toe clip pedals I’ve been able to find. Pros: stiff – you can really get the power down you won’t fall off you can get your foot out Cons: a tiny bit heavy I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
