12 months in and going strong. by Crispy, 5 November 2013, 38 out of 38 people found this review helpful This bag isn’t perfect but it is very good. The size is perfect for commuting but a little small for touring. I have used this almost everyday for 12 months without issue. Although I must say the MTX release clip isn’t as robust as it was when new. The photos on this site are wrong, if it states ‘MTX’, it refers to a rail system with a yellow release clip. This system is much better than anything else I’ve used. You will need to use the a MTX rack though. Waterproofing is terrible without the cover and good with it – but not perfect. The top section will stay dry but the sides (if down) will let some water in the bottom if it is really coming down. Also the inner sides will get very muddy. Give them a wipe before you go inside. The outer material is strong, except when the sides are down. I would avoid scraping them against brick work or trees. I expected the zippers to give me hassle when I first bought the bag, as they don’t feel great – but they haven’t. If it broke tomorrow I would probably buy another one. I hope this helps. Pros: good for commuting mtx works very well Cons: not 100% waterproof with cover probably a little expensive I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful

When fully opened I can carry my work pants, work shirt, tie, socks, underwear, and my lunch. I can probably also carry shoes if packed properly.For you weekend warriors, this thing also holds 13 cans of beer with the bottle holder. This doesn’t include the sides opened up which would hold more. Received in Winnipeg in just over a week. Slides and locks beautifully in the topeak bike rack I bought at the same time.
