The medium/large fits me perfectly and the straps are easily adjustable. IÛªve only used it a couple of times so far but in very hot weather and it is very comfortable and didnÛªt give me any headaches. The ventilation in the helmet is great and kept my head cool and the air circulating as I rode. Built quality is great, everything feels really well made and put together. I also like the protective ventilated bag that comes with the helmet to keep it from getting scratched or damaged when itÛªs not being used.
