Annoying crank arm bolt size. by veedubdave, 14 December 2014, 6 out of 6 people found this review helpful I was struggling to find any other decent ISIS BB so bought this to replace my previous gigapipe BB. Was a bit irritated to find that it didn’t come with crank arm bolts and was even more irritated to find that the crank arm Bolts from my previous gigapipe were too big to fit this one. Close inspection revealed that the model number on this one was subtly different to the previous one and the crank arm bolt diameter is smaller. Really frustrating as I now have to track down a set of bolts. It’s a shame that Truvativ a) don’t mention this, and , b) don’t give us a set of crank arm bolts with the BB. Other than that it looks like a good bit of kit – I just hope it lasts longer then the one it’s replacing (bearings seized up after about 150km of riding). Cons: annoying non standard crank arm bolts I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
