Suspension seatpost that looks great and works great by Tjdarklighter, 4 March 2018, 6 out of 6 people found this review helpful I was a bit apprehensive to buy this at first due to the cost and weight. But now, i can safely say it was the best purchase for my bike! Suspension does not pogo and works just to soak up the hits and construction quality is typical bombproof British. Tip: all up weight of yourself including camelbaks etc should be considered when buying the kind of hardness of spring to ensure proper operation. I weigh 75kg but bought the hardest spring due to the gear i normally carry. On a seperate note, i was quite disappointed with the way CRC packaged the item for shipping. It was packged in a box much bigger than the post and had no padding. So when i took it out the seatpost commercial packaging was torn and the seatpost was just rolling freely. Thank God the post was bombproof. Please take note of this CRC guys. Pros: looks good bombproof construction works well to damp shocks does not pogo Cons: expensive heavy but well worth it watch the packaging guys! It works by Locomoco, 10 March 2018, 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful While not the best suspension seatpost on the market it has plenty of pros and it does take the edge off potholes. It is easy to adjust and swap springs. I cut the spring a little to make it more responsive and might swap it for softer spring in the future. Too early to comment on the durability. The adjustable SUMO clamp is too adjustable but I think I know how to keep it in place and it should be an easy fix. Pros: not very heavy not very expensive adjustable looks good Cons: not very cheap not super responsive I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
