Cant get a better Ebike for the price 10/10 by Akino, 2 June 2018, 5 out of 5 people found this review helpful Over 1000km done on the bike so far and its been faultless. The best Ebike for the price and im glad it has deore Groupset due to how much i use the bike and the wear and abuse i put it through parts are cheap to replace. 10/10 Would recommend!! The Deore Brakes are just fine if your expecting to go downhill racing then yeah upgrade them but ive never had issues with stopping power they won’t throw you over the bars but more than good enough. I ride this to work every day and ride it every weekend it gets ridden hard and all 160mm of travel is always used so take that to note on my review ( I ride it like its stolen ) Good Points: The Motor! (quiet, loads of torque, easy to ride when the battery is dead) Great suspension (Easy to setup) Great tyres (2.5 is perfect any bigger and the bike just floats) Solid strong Frame (Not that heavy for an ebike) Cheap Gearing (cheap to replace as it wears quick) Bad points: The Freehub lasted 2 months before it ripped apart, Aluminium Freehubs on an Ebike is not a good idea. The shimano crank arms are not very strong bent mine going off a 5 foot to flat landing. å£35 to replace both not had an issue since The Dropper lever with 2 shifters there is no room to easily access (upgrade it straight away I’ll recommend below) Also when i received the bike the gears did not work at all as the cable was trapped in the frame and was not oiled after removing and oiling it work perfect this was also the same with the dropper post as it is very tight between the motor and frame where the cables run, this should of been designed better. ( Never had this issue since ) This may be different for other people but just wanted to point this out. So over 1000km Ive had to replace the cassette and chain twice (i change when the gears slip) The brake pads just been replaced Three rear tyres The rear freehub which lasted about 3 months but i upgraded the wheels to Nukeproof Horizon so i can go tubeless. Overall weight is 22.5 kg With Nukeproof Horizon wheels and tubeless which saved me about 800g the rest is stock I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful

Fantastic bike, works well for a fat bloke. by JFHole, 5 June 2018, 3 out of 3 people found this review helpful I had not been on a bike for 15 years, So my son convinced me to get this bike so i can do the trails with him. I am 6′ tall and weigh 22st and have had to contact makers to get weight limits for their bikes (most are lower than you would hope for). This bike is rated over my weight so i took a chance, and i am glad i did! i have had 3 days now at the forest of dean, with no problems (apart from my lack of bike control, lol) i am not going to point out its faults, it just takes a bit of common sense to sort out, and yes the seat post would be better if it would go down a bit further, but on the hole i can’t recommend this bike enough, if you are like me, i bit over weight and want to get out and enjoy yourself go for it.
