Good bike, let down by condition received in by Bennis, 29 May 2018, 3 out of 3 people found this review helpful Overall pleased with the bike but attention to detail was lacking, this bike cost me å£899.99 and I got the impression it wasn’t lovingly put together or really quickly. The headtube had a small scratch, there was a lot of grease still around the BB which will only collect crap very quickly and the gears are not indexed correctly so all in I feel I wouldn’t buy another bike from CRC, shame because normally we get excellent service. The bike itself I should add as a positive feels solid but nimble and it is so far what I’d hoped for and ready for plenty of adventures to be had hopefully. Fine on gravel tracks and light off road. Good on the road. Feels robust and should last well. Pros: performs well on a variety of surfaces good range of gears for a mix of surfaces/terrain Cons: not as light as some. bit of a stretch till i found a compromise set up.
