Quality, well made saddle….. still not 100% the fit is right for me. by MTBrider69, 2 January 2017, 8 out of 8 people found this review helpful I needed a new saddle for all day riding and took a stab at this one because it had so many positive reviews. I also did the whole sit on cardboard and measure your sit bones thing before selecting a size. My sit bones measured 123mm, and everything I could find on the subject said to go for a regular fit saddle for sit bones measuring between 110mm and 130mm. So it was a regular (142mm) saddle for me. I clocked about 200km on 2 different rides with this saddle now. I did get a bit sore directly on the sit bones after 1 hour or so. I think this is because I still need to dial in the saddle position and angle. On my last ride I did notice if I get a little more forward on the saddle it was way more comfy. I think I was sitting back too far on the whale tale. Other than that all good, definitely no problems down there with blood circulation 🙂 WTB make a great quality product. The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because this particular saddle may not be right for my body shape/riding style. If this saddle doesn’t work out in the long term it will still be ideal on my All Mountain bike as I spend a lot of time with the seat post dropped on the trails. Maybe the Rocket V or or Pure would be better choices for all day riding with your bum in the saddle? Pros: well made excellent cover over the padding looks great on my bike Cons: may not be quite the right saddle shape for me dna padding may be too firm for some riders I found this review helpful I did not find this review helpful
